Whether you’ve stepped away for personal reasons, professional development, or simply to recharge, our 16-week Return to Work program offers the unique opportunity to reintegrate into the work force and build on your existing skillset. Program participants are placed in business units that complement and expand their skills and experiences. Additionally, besides the on the job placement you will receive training, mentorship, coaching and professional development.

Application Timeline: Applications for most locations globally open on September 15, 2025 and close on October 30, 2025. The specific program dates may vary by city. See below for the specific application deadline for each city.
Program Duration: Return to Work programs will run for approximately 16 weeks from March 2, 2026 to June 19, 2026 for most locations. The specific program dates and duration may vary by city.
Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for two or more years. The two-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2026 the program start date.
Program Locations: For the 2026 cycle, programs will be offered in Alpharetta, Baltimore, Bengaluru, Budapest, Dallas, Frankfurt, Glasgow, London, Montreal, Mumbai, New York, and Salt Lake City.
