Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV), which helps startups and nonprofits grow through access to resources, investment and mentorship to foster a more equitable and sustainable investment landscape, welcomed 33 members from the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa to its 2025 cohort.

MSISV includes two in-house accelerator programs: a Lab designed for startup founders and a Collaborative to support emerging nonprofits. Selected from thousands of applications, the 33 organizations will engage in a tailored entrepreneurship curriculum and receive mentorship and business-growth resources from Morgan Stanley’s ecosystem of internal and external partners. The firm will invest $250,000 (£250,000 in EMEA) in each startup and provide each nonprofit with a $250,000 grant.

The firm introduces commercial startups and emerging nonprofits to Morgan Stanley bankers, financial advisors, technology experts and others who can connect each organization to their industry networks. Morgan Stanley also supports access to the broader investor ecosystem and pairs each organization with hand-picked mentors, entrepreneurs in residence and advisors who provide counsel and coaching to help each company and nonprofit grow and scale.

“Through Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures, we’re committed to giving innovators the resources, mentorship and visibility they need to thrive in today’s evolving venture capital landscape,” said LaToya Wilson, Global Co-Head of MSISV.

“By supporting entrepreneurs who are tackling pressing business problems, as well as social issues, we’re helping ensure the next generation of leaders can create lasting impact where it’s needed most,” added Sanghamitra Karra, Global Co-Head of MSISV.

MSISV builds on the success of the firm’s previous Inclusive Ventures Group and Sustainable Solutions Collaborative initiatives. Together, MSISV’s legacy accelerators have distributed over $30 million in capital to more than 130 startups and organizations in the last eight years.
