Morgan Stanley’s in-house accelerator, which has a proven track record of growing technology and tech-enabled startups around the world, welcomes its 10th cohort.

Key Takeaways

  • The Inclusive Ventures Lab, which promotes financial inclusion and provides access to early-stage capital for emerging technology and tech-enabled companies, selected 25 startups to join its 10th cohort.

  • The Lab provides funding, a customized curriculum, mentorship and access to a broader network of connections for founders.

  • 117 startups have participated in the Inclusive Ventures Lab since its launch in 2017.

The Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab (MSIVL), which helps global technology and tech-enabled startups grow through access to resources, investment and mentorship, welcomed 25 startups from the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America into the 2024 class of its accelerator.

To date, 117 companies have joined in the Lab’s accelerator program. The new class is MSIVL’s 10th cohort since the initiative began in 2017—and the largest yet. The participants this year include companies in sectors that range from the circular economy to clinical trials, among many others.

“In today’s challenging venture capital environment, we are proud to welcome our largest cohort of groundbreaking startups to the Inclusive Ventures Lab and are eager to support them as they scale their innovations and work to build a better world,” said Selma Bueno, Global Head of the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Group

MSIVL is a five-month accelerator program that helps develop and scale technology and technology-enabled startups in the seed to Series A funding stages. Each company will receive a $250,000 or £250,000 investment from Morgan Stanley. Founders have access to a tailored entrepreneurship curriculum and growth resources from the firm’s ecosystem of internal and external partners in entrepreneurship and venture capital.
