Anita Shaw is Head of the New York Foreign Exchange Options Trading Desk. Being passionate about her work is key for Anita: “Even if I won the lottery I would still want to go to work.” Through more than a dozen years of working her way up, Anita credits her success to the support of both managers and mentors, as well as the supportive community she has found along the way.
