Employee Networks

The firm recognizes the importance of employee networks and the rich resources that can be reaped for both employees and the organization through the exchange of ideas and relationship-building.

Employee Networks are firm-sponsored organizations that are designed to enhance employee engagement, deliver substantive content, create a framework for cross-business unit connectivity and idea-sharing, and advance the firm's overall culture of inclusion.

SUPPORTING FAITH-BASED CHARITIES THROUGH EMPLOYEE GIVING

Our employees’ charitable efforts support the communities where they work, live and volunteer and include support of faith-based charities. Morgan Stanley has a robust employee giving and matching program open to all public 501(c)(3) organizations, including organizations coded as religious by the IRS. In 2024, through the matching program, employees and the firm donated over $5 million to houses of worship and other faith-based organizations across the United States. In addition, in 2024 through our Volunteer Incentive Program, the Morgan Stanley Foundation provided numerous grants to faith-based organizations where employees are dedicated volunteers or governing board members.

The Interfaith Forum provides educational and awareness programming and is open to employees of all faiths and backgrounds. The Interfaith Forum was created in partnership with the firm’s employee-led Christian, Hindu, Jewish and Muslim Faith Forums, which are also open to people of all faiths and backgrounds. The Interfaith Forum complements the faith-specific employee networks and their programming, enabling a growing platform to address and discuss religious diversity in the workplace.
