Biography

Alex Clementi is a research analyst on the High Yield team. He is responsible for covering the healthcare sector. He began his career in the investment industry in 2007. Alex joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 with the acquisition of the Assurant CLO platform where he was the lead analyst covering the healthcare and telecom industries across leveraged loans, high yield, and investment grade credit. Prior to Assurant, Alex was a high yield and leverage loan credit analyst at W.R. Huff Asset Management. He formerly served as a consultant at Raftelis Financial Consultants, a financial advisor to municipalities. Alex earned a B.S. in financial management from Clemson University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
